The award-winning Southbourne Villa is in a pretty conservation area, away from the busy main roads. Torre Abbey and the Riviera International Conference and Leisure Centre are a short walk away.

On a warm day or evening, you can relax on the south-facing sun terrace, which is accessed via the lounge.

Newly refurbished, the breakfast room is spacious and elegant. Charming and comfortable, the room overlooks the front terrace, patio and sun deck. You can enjoy a traditional cooked English breakfast or choose from a selection of lighter options. The full cooked English breakfasts are freshly prepared to order and are made using high quality produce. Breakfast is available from 08:30 to 10:00.

Ample private parking is provided within the grounds of the villa, including a designated disabled parking bay.

Important information

Southbourne Villa does not accept bookings of more than 2 rooms (even if booked separately). Stag/hen parties or wedding groups are not accepted. Any such bookings will be cancelled by Southbourne Villa, without refund.
