The Hotel offers a modern and contemporary feel throughout, and is furnished with maximum comfort in mind. Our bedrooms are extremely spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit, and our two lounges offer a relaxed atmosphere in which to socialise or to simply relax with a good book.
All front rooms overlook the famous Devonshire Park International Tennis Centre, whilst our rear rooms look over the Victorian Wilmington Gardens and to the South Downs in the distance.

Light lunches are available daily and served in the Bar or alfresco in the Front Garden. On Sundays we also offer a selection of Roast Lunches served in the Restaurant.
All food is sourced locally and prepared fresh each day offering excellent quality, and variety of choice at all meals.

By Car: The Main roads towards Eastbourne are the A22 and A27. Once within the town, follow signs for The Congress Theatre and Devonshire Park. The Hotel is located opposite both.
